Remote Managed Services

We offer remote managed services and assistance for various tasks. For a selected amount of hours you choose, you can mix-and-match any supported service for assistance tailored to your needs, whether it is included or not in our other available Services! Managed Services can also include extended support for tasks that have been performed by us in the other services we offer where additional assistance is required, and support for tasks that have not been listed in our other Services.

Tasks must be for services and platforms we support - feel free to consult our Scope Of Support for detailed information. Support beyond our standard scope is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and will most commonly be retained in a best-effort level of assistance.
