We can perform support tasks on various components within computer environments remotely.

We can help with computer management and configurations, troubleshooting, log analysis, updates, upgrades / migrations, performance analysis & adjustments, malware analysis and remediation and other tasks.

Once an order is placed, we will contact the client to discuss about their requested service.

If support time or estimate exceeds the provided time blocks, we will invite the client to use Managed Services prepaid time. If an order has already been processed and is in progress, any additional time blocks will be added to the original order.
