Our multi-site hosting options enable users to manage multiple websites seamlessly, all under one account, ensuring maximum efficiency and ease of use.

Single-Site Hosting: Hosting account for one website. You will have user-level access to your web content and optionally, we can setup a database service.

Multi-Site Hosting: Hosting account for multiple websites. You will have user-level access to your web directory and optionally, we can setup a database service.

VM (Virtual Machine) Hosting: Virtual Server Hosting account. You will have administrative access to a virtual machine.

If you need us to install a CMS (Wordpress, for example) and any other software, you will need to order a Managed Services package - make sure to take note of our Scope Of Support document.

All Hosting Packages are ready 2 Business Days after an order is processed.

Clients are notified 30 days, 15 days and 7 days prior to their Subscription's expiry, whereupon they are invited to renew their subscription should they choose to do so, after which their services are suspended for 30 days. If a new order has not been submitted for expired services, and the 30 days grace period has passed, the user account, subscribed services and related data are deleted and will become unrecoverable.

All cloud services can be priced per-year. You can choose to order the subscription you need from our available selections, or you may contact us for your selection of hosting and the duration of time for which you need it or a duration you choose for which the hosting will be active and the agreement upheld, and we will prepare a purchase order (PO) or Invoice according to your preference.

Our hosting services are self-service solutions, meaning you have your hosting environment and are responsible for managing it.
