We perform support tasks on various components within server environments, entirely by remote.
*Remote Access must be provided by the client (VPN, SSH / RDP).
Once an order is placed, we will contact the client to discuss about their requested service.
We can help with Server Administration, Scheduled Tasks, Log Analysis, Performance Analysis & Ajustments, Web Application Configuration and Troubleshooting (IIS, Apache, Nginx), and other tasks.
Chosen services are limited to time blocks ranging from 1 Hour to 10 Hours. If this support time is exceeded, we will invite the client to use Managed Services prepaid time.
